"Last year, we had to search high and low for the pre-made spice mix in a muslin cloth, to make mulled wine but to no avail. So we did some research and found this little gem!" - Byron.

An old German favourite, Glühwein is the perfect winter warmer. It is a beautifully aromatic wine with loads of spices including cinnamon and cloves. These spices blend in perfectly with flavours of orange and lemon.

"It was a hit last year and with the rate of repeat of sale there were a few people who’d agree. Simply heat through in a saucepan or microwave to gently warm."
