Tito's Handmade Vodka

It all started in Austin, Texas way back in the 90s, on the very same land where the distillery sits today. Tito built Texas’ first legal distillery on 12 acres of land in southeast Austin, which he bought with a credit card check and financed through the seller. It’s been over twenty years, but Tito’s still hand-make their vodka in batches, using old-fashioned pot stills, and are sure to taste-test every batch to make sure you get only the best.
Tito’s process involved with producing their artisan vodka is similar to that used to make fine single malt scotches and high-end French cognacs, and requires more skill and effort, but we think it’s well worth it and you will too.
Tito’s is also certified Gluten-Free by the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG). Some folks add a bit of mash back into the spirit after distillation, which could add gluten, but we don’t do that.
